Rules & Regulations

Guidelines For Students

  • All the students must possess school diary, text books, stationary etc.
  • Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school.The school will not be responsible for any such loss.
  • Application for leave must be submitted a day in advance.It should be counter signed by the parent/guardian.
  • Students must come in proper school uniform.
  • Uniform must be clean,neat and tidy.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the school during working hours unless the parents/guardians whose signature are on the admission form and the school diary come in person.
  • Students must have identity card on all working days.
  • Students should be regular in attendance.
  • Any damage to the school property by the students will have to be born by the students`s parent/guardians.
  • The school reserves the right to take stern action even to strike off the name of the students from the school rolls who are found guilty of misconduct.

Attendance

  • 85%  attendance is essential for promotion to the next higher class.
  • In case of sickness a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner has to be submitted.
  • No leave is guaranted except on prior application from parents/guardian with genuine reasons.
  • Repeated absence without leave for six consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
  • It is compulsory for a student to attend the school on the first and last day after Summer Vacation and Winter Vacation.

Class Hours

  • The school timing from April to October is 07:45 AM to 01:30 PM.
  • The school timing from November to March is from 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM.

Progress Report

  • Parents are regularly informed about their wards academic progress and participation in co-curricular activities.
  • Exam is conducted in two terms during the academic year.
  • Besides these three unit tests are conducted periodically.
  • Promotion is guaranted on the basis of the whole year`s performance.

Class Promotion

  • Promotion of the student will be given strictly on the basis of weightage based on the performance on the student throughout the year.
